The flickering is caused by a strange behaviour of textures that are cleared and then filled with graphic, and for some unknown reason the clearing (filled with black color) is brought to screen before the actual Flip. In D3D the screen is painted in an odd way: the whole screen is a matrix of textures 64圆4 pixels in size.
